Yesterday, the hubs and I got to attend a University of Illinois football game. We got the tickets via my son, who works for a local television station in Champaign/Urbana. It was raining by us, but fortunately, not down at the game. We live about two hours away from the U of I. 

Have you ever been to a college football game? Which one?

It was super hot at the football game! We are melting in this picture.

Tomorrow is the hub's bday so we are going to see a Blues musician that he likes at local brewery that also has yummy food. The kids are coming in to celebrate--which is great since it is a monday and all. 

The rest of the week I'll be writing my book and putting up autumn and Halloween decor around my house.
