How did your week go? It was busy here, what with the having to go back to work after break and my mother-in-law's funeral. It was also cold and that makes me being able to run more difficult. Not only is it cold, but you have to try not to slip on ice. I don't know about you but I don't like falling down!
I'm continuing to work on less scrolling and more reading! How are you doing with your New Year goals?
I've wanted to read this book for a while and when I saw it on Hoopla I grabbed it.

Snow and ice have made this week challenging for many. We just stayed in even though I have the MN experience for it, other drivers do not. Thanks for joining the read-along. I hope you will be able to do some of the Chats with us too.

It’s that time of year when a lot of the ‘Fail’ video compilations on YouTube feature people slipping over on the ice. It always makes me wince.

I am sorry about your mother-in-law. Be careful on your runs with all that ice! We don't get much ice here when it's below freezing, but occasionally there will be black ice on the roads that make it dangerous to drive. I'll have to see if my library has The Tuesday Night Survivor Club. That would be a great way to read that book! I am reading On the Edge right now. Almost done with it. I hope you are having a great week!
